Nurturing Minds: Problem-Solving Workshop at the Girls' School

A problem-solving workshop was conducted on 2nd March 2025 at the Girls' School to encourage critical thinking and creativity among students. The participants were divided into groups, each tasked with identifying a social problem and presenting it using the "Anatomy of a Tree" model, which consisted of:

  • Roots representing the causes of the problem.

  • Bark symbolizing the central issue.

  • Branches outlining the consequences.

  • Leaves suggesting potential solutions.

The topics chosen included addiction, gender inequality, excessive use of social media, and domestic violence. Each group worked collaboratively to break down their issue and came up with innovative solutions, such as awareness campaigns, support programs, and changes in personal behavior.

At the end of the workshop, each group presented their analysis and solutions to the rest of the participants. The workshop helped students think critically about pressing social issues while developing problem-solving skills and creative approaches to real-world challenges.
